Learning functions
The Karpov chess school offers a unique concept: In the compact chess textbook with 196 pages the pieces and their move possibilities are explained in detail. Then it starts: With the interactive chess training of the device you can try out the 100 chess exercises described in the book with the computer. The exercises are already pre-stored and shown on the display. You just set up the pieces accordingly and try to find a solution!
The tasks become more and more complex, so that at the end you are able to master the basics of the game.
The switchable voice output (in English language) warns you about weak moves and possible threats.
Comfort
The Karpov Chess School is equipped with the latest MILLENNIUM High-Sensity pressure sensor technology. The particularly smooth-running chess board ensures maximum gaming fun!
A large, illuminated LCD screen is used to display help, learning and control functions.
All menu and help texts can be output in German or English. The operating manual and the chess textbook are enclosed in English language.
The device is rounded off by the switchable voice output, which warns you of strong moves of the computer.
Power supply
Thanks to the power supply connection for the optionally available MILLENNIUM M811 power supply, you can connect the Karpov Chess School to the power supply in many countries.
Chess features
The software naturally masters the special rules in chess: castling, pawn promotion and en-passant capturing. The Karpov Chess School has an extensive opening library as well as a position memory, so that you can interrupt your games at any time.
The settings for the game levels are extensive, so that every player has a fair chance to win. In the fun levels the computer even deliberately makes mistakes.
On the go
The Karpov Chess School can be operated with batteries.
In addition, the device has a practical pieces compartment in the bottom – so the device also accompanies you comfortably on your travels.
